Christian Finnegan takes on SCOTUS debate over TV decency policy
Tuesday's Supreme Court debate over a case brought by the Federal Communications Commission against Fox Television Stations for broadcasting expletives. Justices considered whether the government can police content on the public airwaves that is deemed indecent.
