New York State Assembly voting violations

Video shot by The Legislative Gazette shows New York State Assembly members casting votes for one another in violation of Assembly regulations which stipulate that: "no vote shall be recorded unless the member voting is at his or her regularly assigned seat or is serving or acting as speaker, majority or minority leader."

Video was shot on May 14, 2012 and June 4, 2012.
