Lady Justice Martha Koome and Media Mogul SK Macharia today faced off before the Judges and Magistrates' Vetting Board, as SK endeavoured to portray Koome as incompetent in a case where she declared him bankrupt. However SK found the proceeding tough as Koome's Counsel George Oraro took him to task over the facts he presented. Koome was the first of 42 judges set to be vetted.
