This is a TV Commercial used in New York City TV to try to promote the new all-news station, FM News 101.9 (WEMP-New York @ 101.9 FM). They have been underperforming in most ratings, and are now trying to promote themseleves with this. The commercial has even been played on rival's CBS 2, which owns WCBS-AM and 1010 WINS!
