SOPA and PIPA to blacklist the internet?

Thousands of websites came together on Wednesday in solidarity to protest SOPA and PIPA. The Stop Online Piracy Act and the Protect IP Act are two pieces of legislation that are making their way through Congress and could change the internet for the worst. Over 7,000 websites went dark today in protest including Google, Wikipedia and Craigslist. According to the music and film industry, the legislation is needed to protect thousands of American jobs. Declan McCullagh, correspondent for CNET news, joins us to discuss the controversial legislation.
