Detention Without Trial Now in US Law?

When the US Congress included a provision in the National Defense Authorization Act that allows indefinite dentition without trial, even of US citizens arrested on American soil, the coverage of the issue on Fox News was nearly nonexistent, especially compared to the much more informative coverage on MSNBC's "The Rachel Maddow Show" the same day, as I show in this video.
