The New York Times Lies Compete With CNN & Fox News In Attacks To Destabilize Russia
In the recent article Russophobes in The New York Times continue attacks against elections in Russia and called Western founded group Golos "Russia's only independent election monitor". In the same article The New York Times acknowledges that Golos "receives most of its budget from Western governments".
What would Americans say if they found their polling stations and certain political parties entirely infiltrated by Chinese money, Chinese observers, and Chinese-backed candidates promoting China's interests in an AMERICAN election? The answer ranges from incarceration, to trials featuring charges ranging from fraud, to sedition and even treason with sentences ranging from decades to life in prison, perhaps even death, as well as possible military action for what could easily be considered an act of war.
Indeed, the attempted subversion of a foreign nation and/or meddling in its elections are acts of war, an act of war the United States government through its various "Non-Governmental Organizations" (NGOs) have been committing on and off for decades around the globe. In fact, the very "Arab Spring" is a geopolitical conflagration tipped off by this vast network of Western backed NGOs.
The New York Times in its article, "U.S. Groups Helped Nurture Arab Uprisings," clearly stated as much when it reported, "a number of the groups and individuals directly involved in the revolts and reforms sweeping the region, including the April 6 Youth Movement in Egypt, the Bahrain Center for Human Rights and grass-roots activists like Entsar Qadhi, a youth leader in Yemen, received training and financing from groups like the International Republican Institute, the National Democratic Institute and Freedom House, a nonprofit human rights organization based in Washington."
The Times would continue by explaining, "the Republican and Democratic institutes are loosely affiliated with the Republican and Democratic Parties. They were created by Congress and are financed through the National Endowment for Democracy, which was set up in 1983 to channel grants for promoting democracy in developing nations. The National Endowment receives about $100 million annually from Congress. Freedom House also gets the bulk of its money from the American government, mainly from the State Department."

This is not the first time Russia has faced this insidious creep from abroad. Russia, however, was not entirely defenseless. In a devastating backlash, Khodorkovsky was thrown into a Siberian prison where he remains to this day, while other oligarchs serving Western interests scattered like cockroaches back to London and New York. In a hollow attempt to portray Russia's efforts to preserve its national sovereignty as "human rights abuses."
Why opposition groups and foreign-funded NGOs who have a direct vested interest in preventing Putin's United Russia Party from obtaining a clean victory at the polls, should be trusted to reveal "mass election fraud" in the first place, is never quite explained by The New York Times, CNN & Co.

Somalia hostages freed in US Navy SEAL daring rescue - BBC World News - January 25, 2011
Two foreign aid workers kidnapped in Somalia three months ago have been freed in a rare US military raid.
US officials have confirmed that elite US Navy Seals were dropped into Somalia to carry out the overnight operation which resulted in a shoot-out.
The two hostages were freed uninjured, although nine of their captors are said to have been killed. No casualties have been reported among US forces.
The hostages - a US woman and a Danish man - were seized on 25 October.

This is, of course, only the tip of the iceberg, yet demonstrates the growing apparatus aimed at American dissenters in the Homeland.
GUEST EXPOSES PUBLIC SCHOOL AGENDA: Filmmaker Colin Gunn joins Alex in-studio to give an inside look at his film IndoctriNation, exposing the nation's public school system and its attempts to corrupt our youth and ready them for state control, all while undermining traditional Christianity. With an eye on homeschooling as an alternative, Gunn breaks down the moral and ethical degradation posed by the modern school system.
Meanwhile, with fresh public outrage at the SOPA and PIPA bills restricting the Internet, the Obama Administration now seeks backing for an international treaty signed by the President back in October known as the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) which hands over even more extreme controls over the online sector.
For their part, Polish websites went dark to protest their government's plan to sign the international copyright treaty.
An annual report released by Reporters Without Borders highlighted the sad decline of the free press in the United States, with emphasis on the arrests of many journalists who covered the Occupy Wall Street protest movement. The U.S. fell 27 points to a rank at #47 for freedom of the press, putting it in league with many third world nations with little regard for America's first amendment laws & traditions.
Meanwhile, another 'training drill' in Los Angeles gives another pretext for a martial law-like presence of troops in American streets. The LAPD described activities that included black helicopters hovering about downtown bank buildings as a special ops urban warfare drill. The public was not allowed to view the closed exercises, though the military ensured that effort was made to avoid inconvenience for daily routines.
A rash of cheating on exams has driven some schools to implement a drastic measure-- the collection of 'digital DNA' from students and the issuance of special ID cards for those taking SAT or ACT college entrance tests.
Meanwhile, cheats in government skipped out on more than $3.4 billion in taxes, according to a new report from IRS records. Those records show that employees of the federal government (both current and former) as well as military personnel owed a combined $3,420,168,684 in unpaid taxes.
Oklahoma State Senator Ralph Shortey hopes to stop Pepsi from using aborted fetus cells in soda flavoring research through his proposed legislation. He opposes the use of aborted embryonic cells to create "isolated human taste receptors, and hopes to discourage the research before it becomes common practice. Natural News has this story in more detail, where the controversial harnessing of the elements of life is manipulate our own taste preferences through corporate-driven science-- all for the promise of market dominance, not life-saving or enhancing research.
Also, Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard had to be dragged to safety after an angry crowd of Aboriginal protesters surrounded her outside a restaurant. Apparently targeting opposition leader Tony Abbott, they cried 'shame' and 'racist' on the 40th anniversary of Aboriginal Tent Embassy, fighting for sovereignty and land rights.

News of Autistic Boy Allegedly Put in Bag Sparks Controversy Online
Just before Christmas, the story of a 9-year-old autistic boy from Kentucky began to gain attention both on and offline. The interest was sparked when Christopher Baker's mother, Sandra Baker, found her son immersed in a bag at school.
"It wasn't just his body down in it and his head out, his whole body was down inside the bag," she told WebProNews.
As she explained, the school had called and asked her to come and get her son because he was "bouncing off the walls." When she arrived and saw what had happened, she was outraged and took the story to local news outlets.
Lydia Brown, an autistic college student at Georgetown University, saw the story and decided to create a petition on Change.org. The petition, which has received over 180,000 signatures already, calls for the school to take action against the teacher involved as well as comprehensive training for all school personnel.
However, as with many viral stories, the Christopher Baker case has generated a fair share of controversy. Some people from the autism community have spoken out in defense of the school saying that therapy bags are often used for treating autistic individuals.
Another debatable issue is in regards to how the bag was used. Christopher's mother says he was put into the bag for misbehaving, which raises concerns over the use of seclusion and restraint in the treatment of individuals with disabilities.
Amy Dawson, the Founder of the Autism Advocacy & Law Center LLC, told us that seclusion or restraint could be harmful to any child but especially those with disabilities since he or she may not be able to fully understand what is happening.
At this time, the school board has said that it has concluded its investigation and is moving on. Sandra Baker, who now has legal support from The Gallini Group in Alabama and Chevalier Ginn Shirooni & Kruer in Kentucky, is continuing to fight the incident.

Thousands of websites came together on Wednesday in solidarity to protest SOPA and PIPA. The Stop Online Piracy Act and the Protect IP Act are two pieces of legislation that are making their way through Congress and could change the internet for the worst. Over 7,000 websites went dark today in protest including Google, Wikipedia and Craigslist. According to the music and film industry, the legislation is needed to protect thousands of American jobs. Declan McCullagh, correspondent for CNET news, joins us to discuss the controversial legislation.

The Giants entered Super Bowl XLII as 12-point underdogs against the Patriots, the first team to post a perfect regular-season record since the 1972 Miami Dolphins.
But Eli Manning out-dueled Tom Brady and became the first quarterback to throw two go-ahead touchdowns in the 4th quarter of a Super Bowl.
This year the teams are more evenly matched, with the Patriots opening as 3.5-point favorites. New York has been on a roll, having won six of its last seven regular season and playoff games after starting the season 6-6. New England cruised to a 13-3 regular season record behind quarterback Tom Brady and the second-best passing offense in the NFL.
The Super Bowl is on Feb. 5 at Lucas Oil stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.
